Pilates Reformer & Tower based mind body exercises designed to increase core & overall strength, flexibility, & function. Pilates is based on the principles of: *Control *Breathwork *Flowing movement *Precision *Centering *Stability *Range of Motion *Opposition *Body Awareness Sessions are centered around your specific goals & may incorporate massage techniques to assist in your overall movement & function. FEES 60 minutes $95 per session 30 minutes $50 per session 2 participants for 60 minutes $50 each person / $100 per session

Personalized Training

Personalized training designed to meet your goals, improve your strength, & assist in your movement & overall function. Training can be one time, occasional or consistent to meet your needs. Perfect for maintaining & improving strength, extra motivation, event or seasonal training, & general activities of daily living. Sessions may include: *Pilates *Balance *Dance *Stretching *Strength utilizing a variety of Weights, Bands, Balls, BOSU, TRX, Etc *May incorporate Massage Techniques FEES 60 minutes $95 per session 30 minutes $50 per session 2 participants for 60 minutes $50 each person / $100 per session

Small Group Options

Partner motivation with individualized attention. Sessions can incorporate Pilates Reformer, Tower, & breathwork, group & personalized strength, balance, core, & functional training methods, stretch therapies, plus self-help, sports, & Stretch & Motion Massage techniques for 2 to 4 people.
